Cultivating a Long-Term Vision for Parenting

Do you ever find yourself looking at your baby or toddler and wondering what they are going to be like when they are an adult? What will they be passionate about? What will your relationship with them be like? Will they ever be fully potty trained?! Will they ever eat more than Dinonuggets and apple sauce?!

My work as a therapist helping kids of all ages and adults process their childhoods led me to create this class, “Cultivating a Long-Term Vision for Parenting,” for parents. I have developed 4 key strategies you can start using as a framework in parenting to strengthen your relationship with your child now and in the future. These strategies not only help you stay calmer and more present, they will help your toddler feel more seen and therefore more willing to listen to what you are asking them to do. I am so excited to be able to offer this class at The Den. We’ll have an intimate setting to answer your questions, equip you with tools, and increase your capacity and vision for your child. This will be a powerful evening of connection, and I hope you’ll join us!
